NEWS FLASH!!
Groovy Gromets will be powerless between 8.30am and 3.30pm (NSW Daylight Savings time) today Tuesday 13 Oct 09.
This simply means we won't be able to respond to emails nor will the phone work between these hours.

HAPPY EASTER!!
Just a note to firstly wish everyone a Happy Easter and to let you know that we will be away from the desk for a few days.
Leaving Tueday 14 April and returning Sunday 19 April. Groovy Gromets will operate as normal, just may mean a slight delay in getting orders out. You can contact me (Kaylene) on 0412 632 807.

System Problem

Please bear with us, I have just noticed (Sunday 15 Nov 08) that our system is not deducting the stock once it has been ordered.
This means you may order something that is showing in stock yet is not as it has recently been ordered by someone else. This is normally an automtic process calculated by the system. I will contact the web people and see if this can be rectified as soon as possible.
If this does occur with your order I will email you as soon as I can to let you know.

If you have been eyeing off any off their products now would be the time to buy it, as it can no longer be ordered in. We are more than likely one of the very few stockists left with any of their products still in stock.

Here's how it works:
- You tell your friends about Groovy Gromets.
- Your friend(s) makes a purchase through http://www.groovygromets.com.au/
- Your friend enters your name and email address in the 'special comments' field at the checkout
- Your friend will save 5% on this first purchase (calculated at time of processing)
- You receive an email updating on your level of loyalty discount (3% each referral)!!

Of course we do need to have a few rules...
The maximum loyalty discount is capped at 15% and will be vaild for the life of the site.
