Absolutely. Here at Groovy Gromets we understand that people have different preferences for making payments. You can go to any ANZ bank and pay into our account or do a bank to bank transfer via internet banking. We accept cheques and money orders too. Keep in mind that a cheque will need to clear before an order will be posted.

All credit card payments go directly to E-Gateway where information is recorded in a 128 bit environment. We also use a 40-bit SSL technology to secure information. For more details on this please refer to our Security page.

Please contact us on (02) 4013 1867 if there are any products you wish to order yet they appear to be out of stock on the site. We will endeavour to order in the items you wish, however we are reliant on our wholesalers for availability.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations please contact us within 7days of receipt to discuss the matter. On agreement you may return the product in a saleable condition at your own expense, a refund or credit will be provided.

We ensure that products leave our premises as they have been received from the wholesaler/manufacturer, we do not open sealed packages to check the product. If the open product appears to be faulty/damaged please contact us on (02) 4013 1867 within 7 days of receipt to discuss the issue. On agreement the product may be returned and a replacement sought.

We do our best at Groovy Gromets to check and double check an order before it is despatched. However very occasionally we may slip up. Please advsie us within 7 days on (02) 4013 1867 to arrange return and replacement of the item.

| What if my order arrives damaged by Australia Post? |

Australia Post accepts no responsibility for such. Once an order leaves the Groovy Gromets premises we also bear no responsibility. If you are concerned about this we suggest you take out insurance on the delivery of the product.

Unfortunately we do not produce Groovy Gromets catalogues due to the nature of our evolving and ever changing stock. We are, however, able to access catalogues on some of the specific brands we stock (not all). Please contact us with the brands you are interested in and we will advise if a catalogue is available.
