Terms & Conditions
Postage
All postage is calculated by wieght using Australia Post costings. All deliveries are made via Australia Post except larger items, such as furniture, which may require a courier. You will be contacted at the time of order if a courier service is more suitable for your purchase.
Purchasing
We understand that each person has different preferences for payment of purchases, especially over the internet, for this reason we include a number of choices for making payments.
Stock
Some of our products are handcrafted and handpainted so some small imperfections may occur in structure and colour. This may also mean that no 2 products of the same product code will be exactly the same. These imperfections will not be considered a fault in the product. Please keep this in mind when making purchases.
If you wish to purchase a product that is out of stock, or several of the same item, please contact us on (02) 4013 1867 to arrange an order. We will endeavour to satisfy your needs in this area, but we are reliant on our wholesalers for availabilty of products.
Exchange & Returns
We endeavour to ensure that you are happy with your purchases, if for some reason you are not pleased contact us within 7 days of receipt of you order. If you decide to return the product it must be in a saleable condition (unused, intact, tags attached, packaging intact). Return postage of the product will be at your expense. Where the product is faulty Groovy Gromets will cover the cost of postage.
Refunds will be made via the same method as payment i.e same credit card will be refunded or bank account transfer.
Some of our products are seasonal and we sometimes carry limited stock of an individual product and size so a direct exchange may not always be possible. A store credit may be arranged where appropriate.
All Groovy Gromets' sales are made in good will.

All prices on the Groovy Gromets website are in Australian Dollars. International customers may use our currency converter.
